Welcome unto ye From the Baron and Baroness of the Roaring Wastes.
We have been blessed and humbled to be given the responsibility of handling these lands in fief from Their Majesties. We would ask all current Baronial Champions continue in your current roles. We look forward to seeing many great things from Our Champion as I am sure does the populace of Our great barony. Soon begins a New Year with new challenges and opportunities for the Barony and ourselves.
The Baroness and I are planning on creating what we like to call a monthly missive. Each one will have our thoughts and feelings about the events the Barony has done and the hard work each of our members have contributed and/or just general musings that catch our imagination. We look forward to serving the Barony and it’s populace over the next five years.

Every local group is different. Some run demos and emphasize new member outreach, while others may be waiting for you to contact them. Some large groups sponsor a variety of practices, workshops, and events in their area, while members of smaller groups may need to travel in order to participate in such activities. You are welcome to participate in SCA activities and events sponsored by any group you want to travel to, near or far. One group may have a strong fighter practice, another an amazing sewing circle, and another a monthly dance practice. Try them all!
